Pre-Bid Walkthrough: The Site and Exterior of the building maybe walked, date to be determined. Interior walkthrough of the existing building will NOT be held. Video and photographs of the property will be available for review prior to bidding. The deadline for questions is February 9th 2021, at 2 p.m. local time. Phone calls will not be accepted. If specific areas of interest would like to be videotaped or photographed please make a formal request prior to the deadline for questions.
